Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  1. Wrong Product Received
  • If you receive an incorrect product that does not match your order, please provide an unboxing video as proof.
  1. Manufacturing Defect
  • For products with manufacturing defects, a video highlighting the defect is required to initiate the return process.
  1. Damaged Product on Delivery
  • If the product arrives in a damaged condition, please share an unboxing video within 12 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution.

Return and Cancellation Process

A) Order Cancellation

  • To cancel your order, contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests for products like Cakes & Flowers with same-day or fixed-time delivery cannot be accommodated once dispatched.
  • If the order is already dispatched, cancellation will not be allowed. If canceled after dispatch, you will bear the shipping charges as outlined below:
  • Domestic Shipping (India):
    • ₹75 for 0-500 gm
    • ₹150 for 500-999 gm
    • ₹250 for 1-2 kg
    • ₹250 + ₹125 per additional kg for packages above 2 kg
  • International Shipping:
    • Only the product cost will be refunded after deducting shipping charges.

B) Breakages or Damage in Transit

  • If you receive a damaged product, share an unboxing video within 12 hours of delivery at [email protected], and we will take immediate action.

C) Wrong Product Received

  • In case of receiving a product different from your order, submit an unboxing video and contact us via email or chat support at [email protected].
  • You may return the unused product in its original packaging within 24 hours for a refund or exchange. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

Shipping Charges for Returns Not Covered Above

For returns not related to the above issues, refunds will be processed after deducting shipping charges:

  • Domestic Shipping (India):
    • ₹75 for 0-500 gm
    • ₹150 for 500-999 gm
    • ₹250 for 1-2 kg
    • ₹250 + ₹125 per additional kg for packages above 2 kg
  • International Shipping:

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will reflect in your account within 7 to 10 working days from the date of refund initiation, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • Refunds are initiated only after successful return pickup and receipt of the item in good condition.
